Yesterday, Pete Stauber announced he is closing out the 2020 campaign with a five-day barnstorming tour promoting our way of life across all 18 counties of Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District.
Pete will stop in all 18 counties, meeting with voters leading up to Election Day. The “5-Day Power Play” with launch at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 27th, at the campaign office parking lot in Hermantown.

The 2020 campaign has been a record-breaking season for Pete. Unlike any other Republican who has run for Congress in Minnesota’s 8th District, Pete has racked up a record amount of union and skilled labor endorsements, including from the Local 49ers, the Carpenters, the Teamsters, the Ironworkers, the Painters and Allied Trades, the Minnesota Pipe Trades Association, and LIUNA. Pete is also endorsed by pro-growth economic groups like the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Pete continues fighting for hope, opportunity, freedom, and prosperity – our way of life.
Pete has spent the past two years fighting for our way of life, and he is no stranger to communities in the 8th District, because he is continually traveling the District and meeting with voters. As the Duluth News Tribune said, Pete is the "clear pick" in 2020, and as the Star Tribune reported, "Pete has "earned another opportunity to represent the district using a playbook that’s neither red nor all blue."
“I look forward to continuing to safely and responsibly meet the Minnesotans I serve and encourage everyone to ensure their voice gets heard by exercising their fundamental right to vote. I am fighting for our way of life, and am doing all I can to finish strong and run through the tape on Election Day."
