Dear Republicans,
Minnesota Democrats are trying to bring Ranked Choice Voting or RCV to our statewide elections. They are trying to sneak RCV funding into their Omnibus Elections Bill.
We’ve seen enough from the outcomes of Minneapolis and St Paul elections where they already use RCV to select their mayors and council members to know that the process is flawed and has serious ramifications. But don’t take our word on in, click here’s what Larry Jacobs had to say about the claims made by RCV proponents and his research to debunk their promises.
- “We have carefully reviewed the track record of Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) and it fails to support four of the advocate’s promises for improvements over today’s system.”
We need you to call your Senator and tell them to stop Ranked Choice Voting in Minnesota. Democrats just canceled a Senate hearing to take public testimony on their Elections bill. What are they trying to hide?
Even Democrat Secretary Steve Simon has doubts saying, “Minnesota is not yet ready for statewide ranked-choice voting,” calling it an “extraordinarily complicated thing to do.”
We need your help to fight back:
- Call your State Senator and tell them to vote no on Ranked Choice Voting (RCV)
- Forward this email to 5 friends and ask them to do the same
To find out who represents you
or
- Call the State Senate at (651) 296-0504

Thank you,
